Van-Vert helps you prepare, submit and track the conversion of a foreign pilot licence to an Indian DGCA licence. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

DGCA alone decides whether a licence is issued. We don't represent DGCA, and we can't guarantee an outcome or a timeline.

You confirm that what you upload is genuine and accurate. Forged or altered documents end your account, and we may report them to DGCA.

Fees are agreed with you in writing before we start: a deposit to begin, and the balance when your licence is issued. No payment is taken through this website.

Don't try to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it. Reviewer feedback on your application is for you; please don't republish it.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for delays or decisions by DGCA or other authorities, or for problems caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time, or ask us to by writing to hello@vanvert.co. Your data is then handled as the privacy notice describes. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
